Industrial Engineer · Project Manager & EWS Welding Coordinator · EMBA at EADA (in progress)
I’ve spent twenty years in industry, and almost all of them started the same way: watching closely how things actually get made. My first contact with a production line was at Sony, checking the quality of SMD electronic boards one piece at a time.
From there I moved into technical design at Alstom Transports, and later into welding: I earned my International Welding Specialist certification (EWS) and spent years coordinating teams at ROLEN. I then managed S&OP at GRADHERMETIC, spent a period as an independent consultant, and today lead the industrial project portfolio at S4E — Grupo GUTMAR.
Alongside that, I’m pursuing an Executive MBA at EADA Business School. What drives me hasn’t changed since that production line: turning operational improvement into visible financial results, and building processes that hold up to a real audit — not just ones that pass on paper.
